I roast all of our coffee on a 1915 Royal Number 5, 12KG coffee roaster. Our coffee is artisanally roasted in small batches, meticulously by hand—free of computers and automation.

Roasting since 2004, I bring years of experience, attention to detail, intuition, and love to every batch. You can’t get much more artisan than this.

Back in 1915, this roaster would have been used for coffee, chicory root, nuts, and anything else that needed roasting. Today, it is dedicated solely to premium coffee beans.

I value quality and things built to last, which is why I continue to roast the same way: by hand, with care and intention. Each batch is crafted with gratitude, respect for the bean, and a deep appreciation for the process.
